Bocaire Country Club is an intimate, gated Boca Raton community of just 237 custom-built estate homes on oversized lots across roughly 300 acres of lakes and tropical landscape. These are substantial, individual homes — many now candidates for full modernization and additions, executed to the standards of a boutique estate club.

Bocaire’s custom homes are large and individual. We open plans, rebuild kitchens, suites, and baths, and refresh exteriors — a whole-home project managed end to end.

The oversized lots give room to expand — suites, great-room and lanai extensions, guest wings — designed within setbacks and the club’s standards, and carried through approval.
