In many Boca homes, the primary suite is the room most out of step with modern living — a small bath, dated closets, a layout from another era. Rebuilding it is often the single most-loved result of a whole renovation.

What a proper suite renovation includes

• Reconfigured layout — borrowing space to make a true suite, not three cramped rooms.
• A spa bath — curbless shower, freestanding tub, double vanities, heated floors, waterproofed correctly.
• Real closets — custom dressing areas built to your wardrobe.
• Light and comfort — the details that make it a retreat.

Why it pays back

You use it every day, and buyers value it highly. A well-built suite improves daily life and the home’s appeal — which is why it’s so often the first project owners wish they’d done sooner.
