It depends on size and scope, but full renovations typically run several months to a year. We give you a real, sequenced schedule and manage it daily on site.
Do you handle architecture and engineering too?
We coordinate the architect and engineers as part of the project — one team, one point of contact, so nothing falls between the cracks.
Can we live in the home during the work?
Sometimes, for phased projects; often it’s cleaner to be out during heavy structural work. We’ll advise honestly based on your scope.
